Specs:
- 250
Capacity (plus 25 staff personnel)
- Approx.
2,500 sq. feet of barn & 12,000 sq. ft. of outside useable space.
- Situated
on a 25 acre ranch.
- Ample
dry-weather parking.
- Handicapped
Accessible. (Ramp to guest bathroom and flat access to inside of barn).
- Non-smoking
inside the barn. (Designated smoking areas available for guests outside).
- Barn
center section has a concrete floor, which includes a stage area
on the west end and is approx. 46' (L) x 21' (W).
- The
North Wing - Measures approx. 46' (L) x 14.5' (W) - Has three
barn door entrances (one on the west corner - one on the center north
wall - one on the east wall behind bar area). - Includes a full
length 10' x 2' solid black walnut wood bar on the far east corner
of this wing. The bar area contains a 32" x 22" tall, half size
refrigerator under the bar on the stocking shelves. Adjacent to the bar
is a small bar sink/wash basin with cold water only. Barn doors behind
the bar, exit to the front (east side) of the barn from this bar area
for easy access for loading and unloading supplies.
- The
South Wing - Measures approx. 46' (L) x 14.5' (W) - A one step
down area located on the south side of the barn has barn doors opening
from the rear east side of the barn for more easy access. This door is
usually used as an entrance for musicians or announcers to enter the stage.
- Indoor
and outdoor lighting surrounds all areas of the barn. Inside
are lantern lights hanging from the rafters of the arched ceilings of
the barn, mini white lights draped on all walls and section dividers,
as well as our famous D.J. spinning ball for your dancing pleasure. Mini
lights drape the entire outside perimeters of the barn, as well as fence
lined lighting surrounding the front and side lawn areas, to create
an absolute spectacular festive look.

Our
Venue/Barn Rental includes:
- Inside
of the barn.
- Outside
east front of barn area. - (70' x 70')
- Outside
south and southwest side lawn area. (70' x 70') (150' x 70')
- North
side entrance area of barn. (50' x 20')
- Main
entrance driveway (north side of barn) up to the rear of the barn, for
unloading, loading, and vendor use only.
- Ample dry weather parking with our own staff of two parking attendants to assist your guests' arrival for
use only on the event day. Cars will be parked in the adjacent field just north of the barn via the 2nd entrance driveway on the left. Barn entrance is on north side of barn.
NOTE: This field parking lot is unavailable in wet weather. In moist weather, client is responsible for securing own off-site parking and must use shuttle or taxi service for guests' arrival at barn main entrance.
Client is responsible to check daily weather forecast and properly prepare to transport guests to barn.
- Handicapped parking directly outside the barn (off entrance against fence, just northwest of barn).
Handicapped parking is all-weather (year round) parking.
- Guest
bathrooms with private stalls for men and women, with double
sink, countertop, and vanity mirror just across from the northwest end
(rear) of the barn. - Hand soap, trash bins, toilet paper & towels
included.
- Outside
wash basin with cold water (our caterers take delight in
this!).
- 150 white resin chairs, twenty (20) white resin tables, and eight (8)
6' round tables (you will need table coverings).
- Refrigerator
& freezer
in bar area (north wing of barn).
- Outside
Horseshoe Pit with lighting and four
(4) horseshoes provided.

submitted must reflect the current posted rates and terms on our website.
Previously downloaded applications are subject to latest web posted rates
and terms.

We
offer a complete weekend rental rate of $7,500.00 for 1-150 guests or
$8,500.00 for 151 - 250 guests, starting
on a Friday or Saturday, which includes a delivery
day for vendors, event
day, clean-up day, and pickup day for vendor deliveries.
Our rental rate and facility accommodates 1-250 guests and up
to 25 staff personnel,
with a maximum total of 275 people on the premises during any event.
* Please note below our access times included in our rental package.
For
mid-week or non-wedding events, please call for rates.
Friday
weekend rental access times:
NOTE:
Due to our rural area status and noise
ordinance laws, amplified music and outdoor activities must end
no later than 9:00 PM on weekdays (Sun. - Thurs.) &
10:00 PM on weekends (Fri. - Sat.).
NOTE: CA is experiencing
unpredictable weather conditions and state imposed restrictions sometimes require
us to cut back on water usage. As a result our green grassy areas represented
in our website photos may or may not be as green due to the water restrictions
placed upon us.
Please help us conserve water at your event and encourage your guests
and vendors to comply with state imposed water restrictions.
NOTE:
We are a "green" venue and require recycling at our events.
We appreciate your compliance!

PET
POLICY: No pets allowed, unless they are part of
your ceremony.

- A
non-refundable rental deposit of 50% of the total rental
fee is required to secure an event date, along with signed copies
of the "Cayucos Creek Barn Venue Rental Application" and "Cayucos
Creek Barn Venue Rental Barn Contract."
- We
also require a refundable security deposit of $500.00. The
security deposit will be refunded
within fifteen (15) business days of the last day of event, if premises
are left in the same
condition as rented. Please leave all parts of the premises as
found. Cleaning shall adhere to
the Venue Owner's standards.
*See
our clean-up checklist in the "Cayucos Creek Barn Venue Rental
Contract" for required condition upon vacating premises. Failure
to comply with some of the terms of the Contract will result in complete
forfeiture of Security Deposit as noted or a partial withholding of
Security Deposit.

The
remaining 50% balance of fees and Security Deposit are
due no later than ninety (90) days prior to your scheduled
event date.

Liability
Insurance is required. We
only accept WedSafe Insurance. A copy of WedSafe Liability Insurance
must be received no later than ninety (90) days prior to your event date,
along with your remaining 50% balance of fees and Security Deposit.
We require that Ottenberg Family Trust, P.O.
Box 521, Cayucos, CA 93430, be named as an additional insured.
- We require
a minimum of ($2,000,000) two million dollars of coverage.
If liquor/alcohol is being served "Host Liquor Included"
option must be included in your coverage.

This alleviates any communication errors or confusion and allows us to assist
you better before and after your event.
The
Cayucos Creek Barn reserves the right to refuse any incomplete application
or contract and will return Rental Deposits if any portion of the required
paperwork is incomplete or unsigned.
