How does the Barn provide the least expensive wedding venue in the area??

Simple!  The Barn Does Not Charge a cent, no upcharges, no commissions, no fees, $0 from any of the associated event vendors.  From the wedding planner/manager, photographer, music, food caterer, florists, transportation, etc...all of these venders will be controlled by you!  From pricing negotiations to performance, you will manage these sub contractors!  This is a very smart way to manage your budget!

Cayucos Creek Barn will provide an excellent valued experience by providing your specific space requirements,  gas/propane/electricity needs, chairs, tables, lighting, vendor resources, tents, parking, 3 day access, bonafide references and reviews, and an onsite manager/staff to ensure maximum support for your celebrations!

Venue Rentals available anytime between May 1 and September 30.

150 Guests (plus staff)

If you have a rainy day wedding (prior/day of rain fall), you may have to provide shuttle services for some of your guests.  Ample parking available down the road in Cayucos (less than a mile away).

Barn - 2,500 sqft     Outside Areas - 12,000 sqft

Ample dry weather parking, handicap accessible.  See special instructions for deliveries!

$3,750 due upon reserving venue date - Non Refundable.  Another $3,750 due on or before 90 days prior to scheduled event.  Additionally, a $500 REFUNDABLE security deposit is required. 

Not to exceed 10pm!  (9pm weekday events)
